God blessed mankind with freewill to choose life or death, blessing or curse. The trouble lies in our limited vision and understanding. From the beginning we chose to trust ourselves rather than God – the One who has our best at heart and knows the path of life.
We are vulnerable to deceit when we decide we know best. Herein lies the basic nature of sin.[1]
