19: Broken relationship with God is your greatest loss.

In our rebellion against God, falling for the temptation to be “like God,” we lost communion with God. Fully justified in His anger, by grace, He turned away His face. Banished from the garden prepared for us, we were sent out to work the cursed earth and bear fruit in pain.
Separated from God, life is pain-full.
Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am in distress; my eye is wasted from grief; my soul and my body also. For my life is spent with sorrow, and my years with sighing; my strength fails because of my iniquity, and my bones waste away.
